Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

We believe in complete transparency and are committed to providing a fair and clear refund process for applicants registering for Blue Diamond Residency, Sector-87, Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) framework.

1. 100% Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants

If your application for a residential plot in Blue Diamond Residency, Sector-87, Murthal, Sonipat, Haryana is not successful in the allotment process, the entire Registration Amount of ₹49,000/- will be refunded in full.

● No Deductions: No administrative or processing charges will be deducted from the registration amount of unsuccessful applicants.
● Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the official allotment announcement.

2. Voluntary Cancellation by Applicant

If an applicant wishes to withdraw the application before the allotment date:

● A written cancellation request must be submitted from the applicant’s registered email address to support@deendayalawasyojnaplot.org .
● After verification, the eligible refund will be processed within 14 working days.

3. Post-Allotment Cancellation

Once a plot has been successfully allotted and the allotment letter has been issued:

● Cancellations will be governed by the applicable project documents, Builder-Buyer Agreement and Haryana RERA rules.
● Applicable statutory charges, taxes or earnest-money deductions may apply in accordance with the accepted terms and applicable rules.

4. Refund Mechanism

To ensure payment security and compliance:

● Original Payment Source: Refunds will ordinarily be credited to the original Bank Account, UPI ID or card used for registration.
● Verification: A cancelled cheque, bank statement or passbook copy may be requested to verify the applicant’s bank details.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following third-party or statutory charges may be non-refundable after they have been paid:

● Payment-gateway convenience fees, if separately charged at the time of payment.
● Stamp duty, registration fees or other statutory charges already submitted to government authorities after allotment.
